Pinčo Tapas & Wine Bar was born from the passion of two married couples who share a love of great food, wine, and the vibrant culture of dining.

Living in Zadar, we saw an opportunity to contribute to the broader Croatian food scene, bringing something fresh and exciting—Mediterranean-inspired small plates, quality wines, and creative cocktails, all at prices that make it easy to enjoy.
Unlike many seasonal spots, we’re open year-round, offering a welcoming space where you can pop in for a quick drink or settle in for a long night with friends.

Mate, Croatian-Australian, and SJ, Australian. Together, they bring their love for great-tasting cocktails and Mate’s deep expertise in wine to every part of the experience.
